Position Overview
The Physician Assistant will provide high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple specialties, including pediatric care, adult primary care, and women’s health services. You will assess, diagnose, treat, and educate patients and families while collaborating with physicians and a dedicated clinical team.

Essential Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough medical histories and physical examinations for patients across all age groups
• Formulate accurate diagnoses and evidence-based treatment plans
• Manage acute and chronic conditions in pediatric, adult, and women’s health patients
• Provide preventive care, lifestyle counseling, and patient education
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and other diagnostics
• Coordinate referrals to specialists and community resources
• Prescribe medications and therapeutic interventions in accordance with California regulations
• Ensure timely, clear, and thorough documentation in the electronic health record
• Uphold all professional, ethical, and compliance standards

Basic Qualifications

Experience

• New graduates are strongly encouraged to apply

  • Gradual progression from shadowing to independent visits
  • Weekly clinical check-ins and case review sessions
  • Skill-building in pediatrics, preventive care, chronic disease management, and women’s health

Education

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant Program

Licensure and Certifications

• California PA License
• NCCPA Certification
• BLS and ACLS (AHA)
• NPI
• DEA Registration

Additional Requirements

• Genuine interest in primary care, pediatrics, and women’s health
• Strong communication skills and collaborative spirit

Preferred Qualifications (not required, but helpful)

• Experience in pediatrics, adult primary care, or women’s health
• Familiarity with preventive care, vaccinations, chronic disease management, and reproductive health

• This role includes a combination of well visits, sick visits, follow-ups, chronic disease management, and preventive care appointments across multiple clinics and specialties.
